A handsome and bold pair of carved walnut Italian armchairs. The four cabriole legs are joined by an ‘H’ stretcher. At the center of the scalloped frieze is a richly carved shell amidst two acanthus leaves. Above are impressive scrolled arms below the curved and large back with a moulded design and a top central shell. Wonderful exaggerated scale and warm patina throughout.

A most impressive Italian 17th Century dark patinated walnut 4-door and 2-drawer ‘Deux Corps’, with all original hardware and patina. Raised by boule supports at the front, below the moulded straight apron. Above are 2 paneled doors flanked by very attractive architectural shaped carved column, which continue at the upper doors. In the middle are 2 drawers flanked by large scrolled acanthus leaf shaped carvings. The top has finely detailed carvings of draped wings with faces of winged cherubs at each corner, below the moulded top crown.

A very attractive and unusual French dated 1863 patinated bronze and ormolu elevated tazza signed Picard. The tazza is raised by four pawed supports while the circular base is decorated by a reeded design. The fluted tapering central fut is flanked by very elaborate ormolu palmette. A lizard eating a cricket decorates The fut. at The top is a large tazza flanked by an ormolu mask of Dyonisius on both sides has a central ormolu plaque depicting the mythological scene of the 'captivity of Syracuse'. All original gilt.

A most charming 19th century Chinese porcelain urn with original lid. The urn is mounted on a Louis XVI st. ormolu circular base with reeded and beaded row designs. The urn has an attractive rich brown background decorated by white reserves with painted flowers. On each side are lion mask ormolu handles. Above is an ormolu pierced ‘Guilloche’ designed frieze. All original gilt.

The four bottom doors are below a central pull-out service platform. Above are four additional doors fitted by all original hardware and locks. Inside lays shelves. The front and sides have a moulded border and a moulded top curved bonnet.

Raised on a scalloped apron with finely chased ormolu mounts on each bracket support, above two doors decorated with a very detailed painted landscape, comprising of foliage, flowers and birds. Inside are three adjustable shelves. The rounded Corners have a soft lattice design topped by Fanciful ormolu mounts of an acanthus leaf design On the top lays a portor marble with a moulded edge.
