A charming 18th century country French painted ox blood side table. Raised by cabriole legs below the scalloped apron with blossoming white flowers, green foliage and gold leaf trim, with two pull out drawers on either side and original brass pulls. The table top is trimmed with gold leaf dart design with acanthus leaf sprays at each corner. The center has a painted basket with a dove’s nest flanked by blossoming rose gardens.
