An elaborate and fine quality pair of French mid 19th century Louis XV st. side tables. Raised by cabriole legs with front wrapping sabots. The legs are joined by a bottom marquetry tier with floral branches tied together by a bow. Above are three inlaid drawers with floral strands and decorated by ormolu keyhole escutcheons. The sides and backs have marquetry of a basket with a bouquet of flowers and ormolu mounts at each corner. The marble top is bordered by a gallery on three sides. All original gilt.

The table is raised by 4 slender square tapering legs with exquisite classical drop shaped carvings at the top, and spade shape at the bottom. Above is the straight apron with attractive inlaid block corners. The top has a most elegant rectangular shaped inlay surrounded by an edged brass filet, with all original patina.

A sensational and medium scale French 19th century, Louis XV st. tulipwood and ormolu table. raised by cabriole legs decorated by very attractive foliage shaped ormolu mounts at the top going down to the wrapped ormolu sabots. The slightly 'bombee scalloped shaped apron has a large central drawer with a richly chased pierced ormolu keyhole. The sides are finished the same. at the top lays a most impressive thick moulded grey veined white marble.

Raised by 4 slightly cabriole shaped legs with ormolu sabots. The straight apron is centered by a pierced branch shaped ormolu cartouche. Above the drawers are finely chased ormolu chutes and an exquisite four quarter veneered inlay. The sides are finished the same. At the top lays a thick moulded shaped ‘Breche Violette’ marble.
