A sensational and rare scaled Italian 19th century headboard which fits a king size bed. The wonderfully proportioned scalloped shaped headboard has richly carved foliate designs throughout and a central reserve amidst large acanthus leaves and blossoming flowers. At the bottom of both sides are handsome and decorative eagle heads. All original patinated green finish.

A spectacular and high quality Italian, circa. 1880, Baroque st. grey patinated and gilt daybed. The daybed has rich carvings on all sides and is raised by stunning scrolling supports. The moulded scalloped apron is richly decorated by gilt scrolling foliage carvings. At each end are the impressive curved ‘S’ scrolled panels, which are flanked by most impressive scrolled foliage spray carvings, and a central floral carving at the top. All original gilt and luxurious blue-grey velvet upholstering.

A very impressive and large French 19th Century Circa. 1880 Empire st. ormolu and solid Mahogany bed canape. The arhitectural designed canape has a central crossbar with a scrolled carved design with a sensational central pierced stylized Acanthus leaf which is centered by an ormolu rosette on each side. At both corners are Mahogany tapered fluted torches with a bottom ormolu finial, a twisted ribbon mount, a top lotus leaf band and are topped by a wonderful flame of prosperity. The sides have a moulded border.
