An extremely elegant and high quality French mid 19th century Louis XVI st. white Carrara marble and ormolu mounted lyre clock with a rhinestone bezel. The clock is raised by an oval base decorated by twisted ribbon bands, rosettes, beads and floral garlands. Above is the lyre shaped Carrara clock , with its original enamel dial and ormolu laurel branches. At the top is a floral wreath with a flame and arrows. All with original gilt and wonderful chasings throughout.

An elegant early 19th century empire st. Fire gilded ormolu clock. The clock with an elongated and cut angle corners, is raised by topie shaped supports with a central foliate decoration. Above are tow square tapered columns with pawed feet and highly chased draped maidens above. At the top of the columns are urns which connect by the original enameled dial with a bottom scrolled decoration with a lions head. Above is a large urn with handles and a top finial.

A high quality French mid 19th century Louis XVI st. satin and burnished ormolu and white Carrara marble clock with all original gilt. raised by impressive pawed feet, the scalloped apron is centered by a medallion shaped ormolu maiden profile flanked by a pierced berried branch designed frieze. The sides are decorated by impressive large lambrequin shaped drapery. Above is the exquisite enamel dial below a Bacchus mask amidst scrolling foliage. The sides are decorated by rich ormolu mounts of acanthus leaves and satyr masks. At The top are 4 urns of prosperity at each corner, an at the center two birds protecting their nest. Wonderful quality throughout.

The clock is raised by a rectangular marble plinthe with impressive finely chased ormolu mounted supports of scrolling foliage and a rich floral garland at the center. Above is the roman numeral enamel dial with a thick acanthus leaf shaped ormolu border. With outstanding pierced 'Palmette' designed ormolu mounts at each corner. At the top stands a most attractive ormolu lion with his paw resting on a ball. The tazzas are raised by a black marble block with large 'c' scrolled ormolu handles, and very elaborate classical designs throughout. All original gilt.
