The console is raised by an arbalest shaped bottom tier with two impressive ‘S’ scrolled carved swan supports and large carved acanthus leaves. At the back is a moulded panel with a carved reeded baseboard. The moulded frieze supports the original marble top with a moulded border.

A very attractive pair of Italian 19th century Louis XVI st. faux marble painted & giltwood consoles & mirrors with original beveled mirror plates. The consoles are raised by impressive tapering front legs with carved Corinthian capitals. The straight apron has a central reserve with flowerhead carvings at each corner. The top is painted a green veined faux marble. The mirrors have a gilted breakfront base below stunning pilasters on each side with ‘Doric’ capitals at the top. All original patina.

A very attractive and high quality pair of early 19th century Adams st. gilt and painted satinwood console tables. The ‘D’ shaped pair have a bottom satinwood tier supported by the fluted front columns and the original mirror plate back with two additional fluted columns. The tier has an exquisite and finely painted outer border of colorful flowers and foliage. The fluted frieze has a rosette decoration above the front columns. The satinwood top is decorated with a half round peacock feather-like design amidst floral garlands, bordered as the bottom tier. Exceptional quality throughout.

A very attractive and rare French Empire Period, circa. 1810, mahogany and finely chased ormolu mounted, D-shaped console, with all original gilt. The console is raised by an impressive solid mahogany claw shaped carved support decorated by an exquisite ormolu rosette, and 2 straight supports with ormolu sabots, joined by a ‘Y’ shaped stretcher. Above is a central column shape with finely chased ormolu bands at each end and 2 slightly curved back legs with detailed ormolu flowerheads and olive branches. The straight apron is likewise decorated. At the top is the original Portor marble.

A sensational and richly carved ,18th century Italian (Rome), Louis XVI period giltwood triangular shaped console, with all original gilt. The console is raised by 3 impressive tapering legs with elaborated wrapping acanthus leaf designs at the top and bottom. Above is the thick straight apron with very attractive carved borders of large water leaves and stylized laurel garland shapes. The front break is centered by a large flowerhead flanked by scrolling foliage. The sides are likewise decorated with a central reserve. At the top lays the original moulded grey veined 'liver' marble top in perfect condition.

The freestanding console is raised by elegant cabriole legs with stunning carved sabots and moulding throughout. The scalloped apron is centered by a most impressive stylized carved 'Rocaille' shell while the sides have a charming 'Lambrequin' shaped carving at the center. At the top lays a sensational, rare and thick, 'Rouge Royal' moulded marble.
