A striking and most unusual pair of Italian 19th century Louis XVI st. gilted stucco and metal, 2-arm sconces, with all original gilt. The pair have an exquisite acorn branch shaped backplate. Above are two most impressive symmetrical braised scrolled arms with wrapped acorn leaf designs. At the top are attractive foliate shaped drip pans and detailed bobeches.
