A very attractive 19TH century French Neo-Classical st. porcelain and ormolu clock. Raised on scrolled ormolu feet the base displays a porcelain scene of Napoleon and Josephine signed by the artist PETIT, with designs of musical instruments on both sides. Above the movement, a winged angel holding a staff amidst ormolu mounts, flame and arrows with her feet resting on a pedestal. Original French movement retailed by Hamann & Koch, New York.
