A most impressive late 19th century French Louis XVI st. mahogany and ormolu decorated buffet. The buffet is raised by tapered fluted legs with ormolu sabots. The center has two wonderful grained doors with interior panels with ormolu keyhole escutcheons. The central drawer with ormolu pulls & keyhole is flanked with floral ormolu mounts. The curved sides have two open tiers below a top drawer, with ormolu pull, that swings out. At the top is a thick white Carrara marble top with a moulded edge. Available CedricDupontAntiques.com
