A very fine pair of 19th century French Louis XIV st. ormolu five arm candelabras. Each on a square base with canted corners flanked by scrolling acanthus leaves. The fut baluster stem has richly chased figures amidst scrolling with an urn on top. Emerging from the urn are the ‘S’ scrolled arms with etchings of foliage ending with urn shaped candlecups.
