An impressive and large scale pair of French mid 19th century Empire st. ormolu candelabras. Each candelabra is raised on a concave sided platform with a white veined black marble below the ormolu base decorated with high quality chasing of acanthus leaves below three panthers. The reeded fut supports the six ‘S’ scrolled electrified arms decorated with acanthus leaves and floral blossoms. All original gilt. Available CedricDupontAntiques.com
