An exceptionally handsome French mid 19th century Empire st. crouch mahogany and ormolu buffet. Raised on bun feet with reeded columns above ornamented by X shaped ormolu bands. Each rounded side has a tier and the original fitted mirror plates on both levels within ormolu borders. The four paneled doors have ormolu borders and keyhole escutcheons. Above are the three drawers with ormolu pulls flanked by rosette ormolu mounts. At the top lays a Blue Turquin marble. Available CedricDupontAntiques.com
