Antique Fireplace Mantels

Item No. 2402

A monumental and highly impressive mid 19th century Italian painted solid oak 3 part fireplace. The heavily carved front has richly carved acanthus leaves, bows, and various blossoming flowers. The top Has two large capitals bordering 'S' Scrolled acanthus leaves and more Scrolls. The center of the top has a square beveled mirror bordered by a moulded frame of leaves. Wonderful colors.
