Antique Fireplace Mantels

A spectacular 19th century country French transitional st. Honey colored and patinated oak, hand carved mantel. The scalloped bandeau with a lattice design and moulded edges, has a Louis XV st. Shell in the center. Both jambs are topped by an impressive S' scrolled acanthus leaf above intertwined foliage reserves.
