A lovely French 19th century Louis XVI st. kingwood and tulipwood circular Bouillotte/games table with a removable top. The table is raised on four square tapered legs with tulipwood inlays and wrap around ormolu acanthus leaves sabots and top caps. Above each leg, at the straight frieze, are richly chased ormolu mounts of a tied ribbon centered by four drawers. Each drawer, with a sycamore front, is mechanically operated through a hidden push button below, and displays a laurel wreath ormolu pull. The removable flip top retains an ormolu gallery with one side displaying the framed original leather insert and the other a green felt games surface. The top can also be entirely removed to display a warm kingwood top.
