An elegant French early 19th century 1st Empire period mahogany, ebony and giltwood display cabinet. The impressive glass doors are decorated with ebony lattice patterns and circular giltwood accents within a mahogany frame, centered by a foliate ormolu keyhole escutcheon. The doors open to reveal two adjustable upholstered shelves. At each side are striking ebony and giltwood arrows centered by a carved circular ebony lions head. All below the solid mahogany rectangular top.
