An exquisite French 19th century Louis XVI st. ormolu urn. The urn is raised on a finely chased design scalloped base with pierced feet. At the column are three playful cherubs, one dressed as a hunter with a quiver of arrows on his back, the other holding fish and the third holding up a baton. Above is the reeded urn decorated with female masks joined by impressive floral garlands. All original gilt.
