A stunning pair of French 19th century Louis XVI st. mahogany and ormolu side tables. Each table is raised on bun feet below the brass trimmed base with concave sides and protruding block corners. Supported with four legs ending in fluted plinths and decorated with brass inlay. At the base is a Sienna marble inlay with brass border. Joining the legs is a marble tier with pierced ormolu gallery. At the frieze is a single drawer with brass borders and ormolu pull. Brass trim panels decorate the sides as will as the apron. All below the impressive contoured Sierra marble top within pierced ormolu gallery.
