French 19th Century Transitional St. Mahogany Brass And Ormolu Side Table

An elegant French late 19th century Transitional st. mahogany brass and ormolu side table. The table is raised by four cabriole legs ending with ormolu sabots. The legs are joined by a bottom tier with white Carrara marble within a fanciful ormolu pierced gallery. The upper portions of the legs have a fluted fluted design with chandelles. The apron with finely grained mahogany has recessed panels and quarter round filets of brass. All below the original mottled edge white Carrara marble top.
