A Pair Of French Louis XV St. Mid 19th Century Marble And Ormolu Urns Mounted Into Lamps

A high quality pair of French Louis XV st. mid 19th century Fleur De Pêcher marble and ormolu mounted urns mounted into lamps. The pair are raised by a mottled marble base elevated by 'C' scrolled ormolu supports in the shape of a shield with a crest. The circular socle is above an ormolu band with foliage. The Fleur de Pêcher urn is decorated with 'S' scrolled handles with a seashell at the bottom leading to a charming cherub's face amidst flowers on each side. The top has a foliate band below a fanciful foliate top mount supporting the electrified cluster holding the silk shade.
