An extremely handsome and statement making French 19th century Louis Philippe period flamed mahogany and Portoro marble center table. The large scaled center table is raised by a central triangular shaped pedestal with carved bottom paws over brass casters. The three sides of the pedestal are concaved with rounded corners. The frieze with a stunning flamed veneer has two drawers with locks and two without. The top is fitted with a central Portoro marble bordered by a satinwood band and an outer flamed mahogany border with a rounded edge. The drawers retain their paper decorated interior.
