An elegant and large scale French Louis XVI st. biscuit de Sevres porcelain bust of Marie Antoinette. The bust is raised by a square gilt fluted base. Marie Antoinette is dressed in a formal attire with the royal fleur de lys and wearing an oval medallion of Louis XVI. her hair is decorated with flowers. Signed Sevres and by the sculptor Houdon.
