Each lovely chair is raised by fluted tapered legs with ormolu reeded inserts with top and bottom ormolu crowns. The mahogany frieze has finely chased ormolu beads and rosettes. The violin shaped back is upholstered and framed in a mahogany molded border with ormolu beads. All original gilt

A very attractive 18th Century, circa. 1760, Louis XVI period walnut armchair. This low armchair is raised on fluted tapered legs with a medallion above each and one centered on the molded apron. The ‘S’ scrolled arms have padded armrests. The oval back is upholstered and framed in a molded walnut border. All original patina.

19th Century Regence Style Giltwood Center Table

A spectacular and important French mid 19th century Regence style giltwood center table with all four richly carved sides, is raised on 'S' scrolled legs ending with pawed feet. The pierced frieze is decorated with a central shell surrounded by garlands of acanthus leaves with rosettes. The four legs are joined by an 'S’ scrolled 'X' stretcher with a central reserve. At the top lays an impressive thick original pink and grey marble top. All original gilt.

Each armchair is raised on tapered fluted front legs with acanthus leaf top crown below the square ormolu rosette mount, and beaded ormolu frieze. The reeded padded arms are decorated with inset ormolu designs. The square upholstered back has a central crown with ormolu rosettes and leaves flanked by square ormolu rosette facades at each corner and tops. All original patina.

A superbly decorative late 19th century Italian Rococo st giltwood, metal and porcelain 6 light chandelier. The central oblong fut has a brown and gold leaf scroll design with large acanthus leaves above the octagonal shaped finial. Six double ‘S’ scrolled patinated metal arms display foliage and Saxe porcelain flowers in various pastel colors. At the top is a brown silk twisted rope.
