An important French Mid 19th Century Louis XV st. Tulipwood and Kingwood two drawer chest. The whole raised on impressive cabriole legs has two drawers with a quarter veneered Tulipwood inlay. The chest is heavily ornamented with fine original gilded ormolu mounts with chiseling of Acanthus leaves, scrolls and shells. At the top lays a Length: 52.5" Depth: 24" Height: 35"
