An important set of French 19th century Louis XVI st. ormolu 3-arm sconces, signed ‘MATHIEU’. The pair have a large ribbon at the top ending with tassels, and decorated by very detailed acorn branches. At the center of each sconce are 3 large horns supported by large bombee shaped support. All original gilt. Length: 18.5" Depth: 12.5" Height: 42"
