A most charming 19th century Chinese porcelain urn with original lid. The urn is mounted on a Louis XVI st. ormolu circular base with reeded and beaded row designs. The urn has an attractive rich brown background decorated by white reserves with painted flowers. On each side are lion mask ormolu handles. Above is an ormolu pierced ‘Guilloche’ designed frieze. All original gilt. Length: 10" Depth: 9" Height: 14"
