A handsome and large scaled French mid 19th century patinated bronze model of the Albani vase (from the Albani family in Florence, 18th century) cast after the antique, often confused with the better known and much reproduced "Warwick vase". The top has a beaded rim and gadroon edge. The baluster shape is flanked by male masks and intertwined handles, all above a circular base. All original patina Length: 22" Depth: 15" Height: 15"
