A stunning pair of 19th century Empire st. Neo-Classical ormolu candlesticks. Each candlestick has triangular base with canted corners supporting the tripod of lion paws just below the rounded station with acanthus leaves design that is repeated below the candlecup. Above is the fluted column with a rim of acanthus leaves below the candlecup that also has a leaf design. All original gilt. Length: 4" Depth: 4" Height: 11"
