A very handsome and complete set of ten French turn of the century mahogany and ebonized Directoire st. dining chairs. Each chair is raised by curved square tapered legs below a straight apron. The ‘C’ scrolled pierced backs have a central zigzag intertwined design with ebonized circles in between. At the top is a wide back support. Wonderful proportions and style. Length: 20" Depth: 17.5" Height: 35.5"
