A very attractive pair of French mid 19th century Louis XVI st. gilt and grey patinated cast iron columns. Four different types of designs are depicted from The capital to the rectangular base. At The capital is a rounded column which includes an acanthus leaf design and beneath that a tapered shape surrounded by rose garlands. The lower section includes a hexagonal shape intertwined with foliage. Raised on a rectangular base with ribbons amongst fruit shaped reserves.
