A very important and impressive scale French mid 19th century Louis XV st. three piece ormolu garniture set, with all original gilt. The attractive ormolu clock has an elaborate scalloped pierced base with scrolling supports, lattice design and a rock-like design. The Roman numeral dial is flanked by large acanthus leaves and at the top lays a charming cherub. Length: 24" Depth: 16.5" Height: 11"
