An attractive and most elegant French 19th Century, Louis XVI st. 'Mouchette' Mahogany buffet, with all original finely chased ormolu mounts. Raised by topie shaped supports, the thick moulded apron is below two panelled doors, centered by stunning scrolling branch designed ormolu mounts. The doors are flanked by impressive reeded carvings while the curved sides have two fitted marble tiers each with a pierced ormolu gallery. Above are four drawers seperated by very detailed ormolu mounts. At the top lays a beautiful 'Breche d'Alep' fitted marble. Length: 78.5" Depth: 22" Height: 41"
