An exceptional and extremely elegant French 19th century Louis XVI st. Napoleon III period ebony and brass inlay Boulle electrified deux corps cabinet vitrine. The two piece ebony cabinet with a curved bonnet top and ormolu beading below is mottled with brass trim. The four glass doors with ormolu keyhole escutcheons are framed in brass inlay and trim, which also frames the glass side panels. The inside of each cabinet has adjustable glass shelves lined with a lovely moiré fabric. The front of the cabinet is flanked by intricate and ornate brass inlays of scrolled foliate movements and flowers. All original gilt and hardware. — Read Less
