A handsome Italian 18th century Tuscan st. Walnut credenza. The two door credenza from Tuscany is raised by fine block feet with unique and most decorative seashell like reserves flanking beautiful scrolled scalloped shaped foliate movements centered by a charming palmette reserve. At the center are two doors each decorated with a fine recessed panel and flanked by recessed panels with richly carved interlocking scrolled foliate designs with additional fine seashell reserves. The doors open to reveal one shelf and all original hardware displaying decorative cut corners at each side. The sides display recessed panels framed within fine mottled borders all below the Walnut top showcasing the beautiful warm wood grain and also displaying an elegant mottled border.
