A very impressive and large scale French mid 19th century wrought iron twelve light chandelier. An acanthus leaf bottom finial is below four twisted iron supports, decorated with scrolled serpents. Above each base are three candlecups with rook shaped saucers balanced by a large scale twisted ring below accented by a scrolled mythical character. The thin and elongated twisted wrought iron fut is ends in a ring top. The height from the base of this chandelier up to the first ring is 52" high. — Read Less
