A handsome pair of French 19th century Louis Philippe st. five arm ormolu sconces. The backplate has a scalloped shell, Fleur de Lis and scroll design at the top and bottom which is centered by a scalloped foliate chasing. A central fluted cornucopia arm with acanthus leaves leads to four 'S' scrolled arms decorated the same. The pedestal centerpiece is ornate with a pierced and scalloped surround below the reeded saucer and candlecup while each cornucopia arm ends in a scalloped foliate saucer and candlecup.
