To The Trade Program
Our To The Trade Program offers vetted designers, architects and dealers a unique advantage to create one or more “Collections” for each project or client.
TTT Members also have the ability to view all item prices and independently place items on hold from the comfort of their device.
Advantages for a To The Trade Member
- Our prices are not visible on our website. As a To The Trade member you can view both the List price and your TTT Net price for all the items on our website.
- No need to call! Place items on hold anytime from the comfort of your own device.
- Have the ability to organize all your items of interest in various ways using wishlists. Once you are logged in these will always be available for future visits and references.
- Wishlists – Create and name one or more wishlists; organize per room, project or client. As you navigate our site you can add items to any wishlists you have created or can ‘click to create a new list’, as prompted.
- Add to My Collection – Allows you to add items to collection; this is the first step to place items on hold.
- View your Collection – At any time you can review what you have added to your collection, to edit or confirm items there.
- To place items on hold simply View your Collection and once you confirm all the items you wish to place on hold, click on Submit Collection – this essentially reserves up to five items for you by placing them on hold for five days and also facilitates the invoicing process if you choose to request a pro-forma or final invoice
- To The Trade members have an extended hold time of 5 days for up to 5 items.
- You may view and confirm your holds on our Current Holds Page, that includes a timer to indicate how much time is left on the hold.
- Expedite the See it in your Home option.
- Expedite Pro-forma invoices and shipping quotes when requested.
- Expedite requests for videos of any item in our collection.
- For items purchased online you would receive an extended trial period for a maximum of five days.
- Ability to print PDF with or without pricing and as an added bonus have the ability to replace our name and contact info, with your company information, by uploading your company logo and contact information.
- Live Chat is available for quick responses to any questions you may have during business hours. Always a convenient tool and especially if information is needed discretely while with a client.

Membership will allow you to create unlimited wishlists, which you can name for each project or client and add items to them for future reference.
Effective organization with real time immediate holds, no need to wait for business hours, this can be done anytime, from any device!
You love a specific item but not sure which project it would suit at the moment?
Place it in your wishlist and revisit it when the appropriate project presents itself.
Working long after business hours?
No worries ! No need to call us, you can automatically place items on hold, get net pricing and print Custom tailored PDFs with your company information.
