G. Grimard was a renowned cabinetmaker in the second half of the 19th century otherwise known as the Belle Époque period. He was know as producing the finest meubles d’art or fine art furniture during this period. He frequently exhibited at the great internaitons exhibitions and was tremendously successful. He specialized primarily on Louis XVI and Neo-Classical styles of the highest quality possible. Today, his pieces are incredibly sought after and not easy for find.
His workshop was located at 5 Rue de Charonne in Paris.
