A high quality French 19th century Louis XV st. Ormolu, Rock Crystal and Crystal chandelier. The nine arm open scrolled Ormolu cage has three main supporting arms with cut prisms and decorative rock crystal daggers all below additional crystals and shell like rock crystal reserves. The supporting arms flank the cluster of three ‘S’ arms elegantly decorated by various thick cut rock crystals and clear crystals of different shapes. The arm leads to the scalloped saucers and baluster shaped candle cups. At the center of the cage is an impressive cut rock crystal spray with a center elevated dagger all below a hanging amethyst pear shaped rock crystal pendant. At the top is an attractive two level spread top crown with a central rock crystal fut.
