An outstanding and extremely high quality French early 19th century Louis XV st. silvered bronze and rock crystal chandelier. The sixteen arm chandelier is centered by a beautiful solid rock crystal ball below a circular reserve from where the beautifully scrolled arms branch out. Each arm is adorned with a stunning array of amethyst color and clear rock crystal pendants leading to elegant floral candle cups. The arms alternate from one with an electrified candle to the next displaying its impressive crystal daggers. The elegant scrolled cage leads upwards adorned with additional daggers which center the exceptional rock crystal fut with a superb ball and baluster shape design. At the center are four concealed light bulbs which shine upwards illuminating the central fut and creating a beautiful warm glow.
