A stunning French 19th century Louis XVI st. kingwood and tulipwood tilt top table. Raised on a four scrolled legs with original brass casters and richly chased foliate ormolu mounts on and between each leg. At the center of the baluster shaped column are foliate ormolu mounts and swaging garlands of berried laurel. At the scalloped shaped top is an exquisite three dimensional parquetry design of square and triangular patterns and central starburst. All framed in the wrap around ormolu gallery.
