  • Charles-Gabriel Lemire (1741-1827) Born in Lunéville, Lemire was a Parisian sculptor. Lemire participated at the Universal Exhibition in Paris, from 1808-1819, and received a medal in 1808. His sculptures were commissioned by renowned noblemen and can be seen in the Musée de Tours, Musée de Marseille and the Louvre.
