A magnificent and large scale Italian late 17th early 18th century white Carrara marble fountain. The fountain is raised on a circular base below the baluster shaped column decorated with petal shaped Brocatelle d'Espagne marble inlay. The shallow white Carrara marble basin above is accented with stations of Brocatelle d'Espagne marble, and central oval mottled design. The exterior of the basin displays petal shaped carvings and a mythical creature at each side from which the fountain flows. — Read Less
